 Private
Lessons (Learn to
Ballroom Dance)
We
provide
private
lessons
with highly qualified
instructors. These lessons can be
on-on-one instruction or
instructor/couple lessons. You can
make an appointment for a private
lesson at any time seven day's a week.
We can even arrange a group class
for
you
and
your
friends for special events such
as weddings or holiday
parties.Currently we have an 20th Year
Anniversary Special for new students.
Group
Classes
Our
group classes are multi-level.
Great for beginner or intermediate
dancers. If you would like to take group
classes, please contact us at

classes are fun and easy.
These group classes are free for
members.
 Argentine
Tango
Dancing
consists
of
a
variety
of styles that developed
in different regions and
eras, and in response to
the crowding of the venue
and even the fashions in
clothing.
The romantic Argentine Tango group
class is included in the Membership.
Youth Group
 New
group
classes
starting up
for beginner
through
advanced youth
students.
Also, social
dancing,
competitive
ballroom,
International
Standard and
Latin private
lessons.
Affordable
rates for
youth.
Competitions
are starting
up again so
time to get
ready!
 Latin
Class
Salsa,
samba, rumba, cha-cha,
swing, west coast swing,
international rumba and
Latin dances taught in this
fun group class.
Included in Membership
 Party
Night

provide two Saturday evening
parties a month. We
always
have a dance and a group class the
first Saturday of the month
starting at 7pm.

Aerobic Workout and Class
Format
Whether
you
are
an
experienced
dancer
or
a
beginner,
our
classes will enrich your dancing
experience.
Beginner or advance, our Zumba
will enrich your dancing experience.
 A
Zumba workout mixes body
sculpting movements with
easy-to-follow dance
steps
mainly derived from Latin music.
The routines feature aerobic internal
training
with
a
combination
of fast and slow rhythms to tone
and sculpt the body.
It targets areas such as the
legs, arms, abdominal s, and the
heart. Participants do not have
to know how to dance to do
Zumba. The move
combinations and Latin rhythms
strive to create a party-like
atmosphere - a more
"feel
happy" workout!
